Not only is that NOT a canadian goose…it’s a damn swan. You know…. like the ones that are in the magic kingdom in Disneyland.
Americans….they always claim to be smart and the best in the world, but they repeatedly radiate their ignorance and ill-educated ways. So quick to point a finger or make a comment, without having a clue if what they are talking about is actually truthfull.
(interesting stat):
87% of americans polled in a 2006 poll showed that they couldn’t even point out Canada on a map.
15% thought it was over in Europe.
12% pointed to Brazil
7% pointed to Mexico
(my favorite) 28% pointed to the UNITED STATES
And 25% couldn’t find Canada on the map (even though it was written on it, directly above the USA.).

Who gives a shit? It’s funny. I certainly hope those statistics are made up or incorrect… Americans are stupid, but it’s hard to believe we’re THAT stupid.
I’m Canadian and I thought it was funny only cause it wasn’t even a Canadian Goose. You have to admit an Eagle attacking a frikin swan in mid air is kinda cool. But let’s be nice my fellow Canuks, it’s not America’s fault, they don’t know any better.
Of course the Canadians would become offended at this, just like the Mexicans to the south when they see the American Eagle eating their snake. To the incompetent asshole who posted those statistics, post the reference site you acquired these fictitious stats from. wow, we’re the ones going to collapse? seriously? aren’t you the ones who are 12 trillion dollars in debt or something? please, americans have so many problems in your country. you have scores of people who arent, dont want to be, and never will be educated. kids who join gangs and start commiting crimes from their early teens. your contribution to global warming is horrible. i mean, have you ever noticed how much packaging you guys put on your food, and then, the worst part, that you simply just throw it away in the trash, or you dont even bother and litter. or the fact that you cant seem to accept any other views but your own, as if you consider youself to be more important than any other people in the world. You completely believe in the idea of fashion, and you’re sure that the only thing to look for in the opposite sex is good looks. girls worry about how they look and dress and not how they are as individuals. these are just a few of many major problems with your country. and i’m not saying every single american is a bad person, i have no doubt that some of you a very good people, who have ideal morals. I go to an international school (i’m 14) here in Belgium. most of the school’s population is american, and many of my friends are as well. I know that you have problems, everybody does. but to act as many of you do by denying it and insulting your neighbours only makes you look worse than you do. btw, i love the picture, just hate the caption and the idea that comes with it. you should be respectful to those around you and realise that others have different ways of living than you have.

Why would Americans give a fuck where Canada was on a map? Not a super power, inferior economy (The U.S. economy is in the shit and we’re in huge debt, yet your dollar is still inferior), shitty weather, inferior army, not a permanent security council member…It’s like if someone asked me where nigeria was on a map…I know where it is but frankly..I’d ask “Who Cares?” Face it, Canada is a country devoted to proving that they aren’t America and I’ll prove it. Everywhere in the world the McDonalds Golden arches are the same….except in Canada where they are required to have the tiny fucking leaf in the center. In the winter they migrate to the southern tier of Canada, the eastern part of the northwest states in the United States and have even been observed as far south as Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

LOL forever! My co-worker showed me this and I had to point out that this is not a goose but a swan AND that is was Photoshopped. The comments here are pretty hilarious too.

Perhaps this thread identifies the fact that whether in Canada or the U.S., there are some level-headed people, and some who over-react.
Ok there are a lot of things I agree with in this thread I’m an american myself, first of all I gotta say its not just america, the world is in a bad state. Some places are more peaceful than others and others are in turmoil, take a look in the history books the worlds been the same for a while the peace and chaos has moved over the years but never the less its basically the same, any american teenager can ask your parents or grandparents that there was a time even in america where you could walk outside and practically walk to the next town and your parents didn’t need to worry about abduction, and well as for fixing ourselves? Easier said than done, congress gets paid every time they make a law, and all they need to do is vote in favor of it.and as for the picture, come on that’s america’s bird how can we not like it even if its photo shopped and not a goose, its called patriotism and to americans its awesome either way, I know the canadians and even the guy from belgium know what I mean.
